If you have ideas for fundraisers, would like to help with fundraising events and/or would like to
make a tax deductible donation to the Haha'ione PTSA, please complete this form and our Fundraising Chair Person will
be contacting you. Or you can just make a tax deductible donation through PayPal (see below) or mail your donation check to: Hahaione School PTSA

PLEASE NOTE: If you use
PayPal, there is no way to add comments or indicate if you want the donation to go to a specific program. If you would like
your donation to go to a specific program or be credited toward a specific child, please also complete the form below and
indicate in the "Comment" section, your child's name, his/her grade and room number (if known), the
amount of your donation, your PayPal Transaction Number, and how you would like your donation used (if applicable).
Otherwise, your donation will go into the general PTSA account to be used to support all of the various PTSA and school programs.
